Love this pre-workout. Good quality doesn’t clump and doesn’t have too much of a sour pre-workout type flavor.

I like this pre-workout quite a bit, I've used a bunch of different brands throughout the years and I am a fan of this one.

Good product but seller always late delivering
I love the product but it always says it will be deleivered the next day and never is. Order again yesterday to have before I leave town tomorrow. Said would he delivered this morning and not not till after I leave.

Best workout to get that boost to achieve the ultimate pump. I like to switch up my pre workouts, but this one is one of my favorites. Sugar free as well!

Helps with heavy lift days. Tingles last forever!!
This Prework out is great. The taste is not my fav I got the orange/mango. I’ve been using it for about three weeks now. I tend to use Alani nu but the tingles with this last longer, which helps me push through my heavier lifting days. Energy during and after workout is great. Ease to use just mix one scoop in 6oz water.

This didn't work out for me
After using this for a week, I felt awake but not focused. I didn't feel that surge of energy to push through. I read to use a heaping scoop and that did help a little. I don't have a big breakfast prior to going to the gym but it helps if you're sensitive to all the caffeine. The search continues.It mixes well and I tried the gummy flavor, which is very citrusy. And sweet. Too sweet for me.I didn't think the extra caffeine would bother me and it might help for those 3am workouts. But for me it was a little too much and made me sick to my stomach. I'm going to try 1/2 a scoop with more creatine monohydrate to try to salvage it's use. I'll post an update.
