Good for short term use like couple of weeksBut if you need it for longer duration and if you will be walking wearing one then may not be best solutionReason, the height of the heel if very thin, and if like me, u plan to wear a regular sandal or shoe or chappal in the other leg, u will experience uneveness but to plaster height And you other legIf you just need it for keeping plaster clean from ground contact, then go for it. It's sasta,Sundar and tikao if not for walking with plaster
