Good thickness, yet very pliable. Honeycomb design on both sides. Has a nice large hole if you choose to put on a hanger hook.We got these for placing hot plates on table out of toaster oven as we do not irradiate our food from a microwave (microwaves ruin food nutrition value and it changes the food so the body is confused by the irradiation... and the food keeps irradiating even after you eat it... so they are convenient but deadly as they take a toll). The silicone surface keeps the plates from easily sliding around like they do on a hard trivet surface, so they work perfectly. Easily drip dry after washing. We even have placed them on the top shelf of dishwasher. My only downgrade is the colors. They are multiple colors and I would rather they be one color or a one color choice for all 4.

I use these all the time as trivets. They work great and i do not have to worry about my cheap counter tops burning or melting. My boyfriend does not like using them as potholders because he says they are too flimsy. I think they work fine as long as you are not holding the pot/pan for a long time.

Works well, but if you hold a hot item a long time, you feel the heat because the honeycomb shapes can fold in some. I have some thicker silicone pot holders that work better but they cost 4 times as much. For the money, these work great!

Well made and colorful. A but hard to clean if it gets dirty but overall, very satisfied.

Nice and thick. They work well. I pull things out of a 500F oven with one of them in one hand regularly.A more tender touch is the way to go. If you squeeze them tightly, you will feel some heat. But, it's pretty easy to double them up as well, if you're worried about a particularly hot or heavy load.

These do work well. But they aren’t for me, I would rather my typical mitts. But flat and easy to store.
