Tasty, lots of unami
I used this on a sushi bake and also have used it over salmon. It adds depth and dimension to the flavor of food.

Wow, Kaneyama Furikake Asian Seasoning (Nori Sesame) has totally transformed my cooking! I’m obsessed with this seasoning—I sprinkle it on everything! From musubi and rice to soups and even steak, it adds a burst of umami flavor that elevates every dish. The combination of nori and sesame is absolutely divine, and it’s so versatile. It takes my meals from ordinary to extraordinary in seconds! I can’t recommend this enough for anyone who loves to add a little extra flair to their food. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re seriously missing out!

Was I influenced? Yes.
Fell in love with the "sushi bake" craze from like 2 years ago and never went back. Have started using this product to add flavor and dimension. Is it a placebo effect? Not sure. Am I going to keep using it? Yes.

I'm addicted
This stuff is so yummy! It goes great on rice, quinoa, or whatever. It's a little sweet, and a little salty. Just the way I like it.

Terrible product. Notice they don't show the ingredients label?
This is how they describe their product: "Mixture of dried fish, sesame seeds, chopped seaweed, sugar and salt."Except... Look at the ingredients! There is a photo in one of the reviews that shows it (although the review itself is silly...that's just a Prop 65 warning for Californians, which is on pretty much everything). I wish I had seen this photo before I bought it. There is hardly any of what they describe. Here are the actual ingredients in the product:"Wheat flour, cornstarch, salt, baking powder, sesame seeds, katsuobushi, green laver powder, seaweed, purified salt, sugar, mixed grain powder, soy sauce, caramel, L-sodium glutamate, aspartame."I mean, since in the US ingredients are required to be listed in order of predominance by weight, there's actually more BAKING POWDER than sesame seeds, dried fish and seaweed. So misleading and I never would have bought it had I realized. I immediately returned it. There are much higher quality products with genuine food ingredients out there that really aren't much more expensive. Buyer be warned.
