PLEASE ask your vet first. i did i used a little on my shih tzu because she had flakey greasy skin. vet kept having me by very expensive pet shampoo never worked. my doggy Margo hated the shampoos. This shampoo takes away the flakes and grease. leaves her soft. and she does not mind it. this will not cure but it makes her feel a lot better.

My step daughter has started getting dandruff. It’s genetic from her dad. She came to us with itchy scalp and flakes — mild not severe but would get worse if not cared for. Knowing my husband’s hair I wanted to forgoe all “natural remedy” which isn’t working for her and never works for him and went straight to a gentle medicated shampoo. Her scalp is clear after two washes. She isn’t itchy or anything. No flakes nada. We also got her a head and shoulders serum for in between washing for maintenance or if she’s itchy.Very happy will buy again.
