GIKPALAb Machine, Adjustable Trainer for Home Gym, Ab Crunch Exercise Equipment for Beginner

I just recently purchased this piece of exercise equipment and so far so good. I really like and enjoy it. It doesn't take up too much space and you could really feel the burn when exercising so you know it's doing what it's supposed to do. Really comforting to know it's a solid piece of equipment. It's easy to do and for the price you can't complain. It's also not too heavy either so you can store it and take it out when you need it.

I bought this because I hate doing crunches and don’t have anything to hang on for leg lifts. It works great! It was super easy to install. I assembled it and got right on. I was planning on starting with 50 but it was surprisingly harder than I imagined at first. I’ve been using it for a while and am seeing results. There is not much resistance so I can see it becoming easier after you’ve done it for a while but I still am enjoying it a few months in. Great little machine for a great ab workout. We just keep it out in the gym at all times so I don’t need to store it but it’s compact enough that storing should not be an issue.

So far so good , I just got mine in and whooo , 5 minutes later you can definitely feel the burn . Doesn’t take up much space at all and the price is definitely amazing .

Light weight and easy to move around. Units is smooth when using. Wish the arm area was memo Ty foam as the padding is rough on the elbows.

I am 68 years old I am on a weight loss journey. I haven't worked my abbs in years. This is easy to assemble. And easyer to use. I have seen good results. I am currently at 270 pounds, 6' 4 " and it holds me very steady and comfortable. Gives my abbs a good workout.

I have a few problems with this product, but I'll start by saying, it's fine, I guess. The worst part is that it works fine, so I don't feel like spending more money to get a better one. It is really small and narrow, and I feel absurd using it as a 270lbs man, but I can use it and it hasn't broken in any way yet. I am however terrified every time I use it that it might break because it is so small and light. It doesn't take up much space, and folds nicely for storage though. Unfortunately there is no reasonable way to do obliques with this and it has the dumbest leg pads known to man. Overall I would say spend a few extra buck to get a higher quality item if you're over 200lbs or 6'3". If you want to work obliques look elsewhere.

Works good and it's sturdy... It doesn't take up a lot of space. I like it.

Easy and quick to set up. Very lightweight. And a great full body workout!
