The bottle measures 11.3cm tall with a diameter of 5.9cmThe bottle comes with a clear plastic film around the side of the lid to keep it sealed. I found this a little awkward to remove as there were no perforations in it, so it required scissors. After this though, I found the lid itself was easy to open as there is no child lock. The inner seal was also easy to remove.The capsules are quite big at 2.3cm long by 0.9cm wide.The label states that the dosage is one to four capsule per day. That means this bottle has enough capsules to last anywhere from approximately 22 days to 3 months (90 days).Each capsule is said to contain 750mg of Collagen Complex (from type B gelatin and hydrolyzed collagen type I & III, bovine). And 200mg of Aloe Vera Leaf (from 200:1 extract)The label states that the other ingredients are: Gelatine (bovine), vegetable magnesium stearate.These supplements, which are manufactured in the UK, are not suitable for either Vegetarians or Vegans.The best before date of the bottle I received was 12 months from the time I received them.In conclusion, whilst it is always hard to recommend supplements due to what might work for one person may not work for another, if you are looking to take Collagen and Aloe Vera, then I can recommend these as a perfectly good way to try it, so long as you are neither Vegan or Vegetarian.

These 750mg capsules are standard size and for me are reasonably easy to swallow with water. The tub says you can take up to 4 a day, which would make them last just over 3 weeks if you take the maximum dose. From researching on the internet, a 2.5g to 15g daily dose of collagen is said to be safe and effective. I'm trying 3 capsules a day with meals (2.25g in total) but the amount you take should be based on what you're taking them for. So far I've suffered no ill effects from taking them.As collagen is only available from animal sources there aren't any vegan versions of collagen, although I would usually prefer to take vegan of anything if possible.

Collagen is a recommended supplement and more so the older we get. Impossible it seems to me to say with certainty that these capsules really make any difference. However the experts recommend it and I am sure there is good reason for their opinions. I take one a day and these will last me 3 months but how long these last will obviously depend on whether you only take one a day or more. They are capsules, maybe a little larger than some. That might prove challenging to those that have difficulty swallowing tablets. That might be the downside of these. I had no difficulty swallowing them. The upside is the convenience. I find these far easier to take and convenient than powders. Good value and a convenient way to take collagen.

I got these a few weeks later than i expected apparently the first bottle sent was lost in transit. It's hard to give a review on something that takes at least 2 weeks to a month to show any results. These have 1 and 3 which make up 90% but there's like 28 of them. This brand keeps it simple and doesn't try to super infuse it with vitamins and is consistently free of GMO's. I try to stay away from anything that has ridiculously high stats, most of the time is false information. I was a bit confused on the dosage, it says serving size is one but says take one to four a day. Four seems like a bit much in conjunction with all the other innocuous supplements I consume at an alarming rate that are supposed to have the best bio-availability.I know that Aloe vera is a buzz-worthy ingredient that's being added into a lot of things but the claim that aloe vera leaf extract is for better absorption is only a just a claim. It might help but it hasn't really been validated and most of the tests being done are by the people who make the supplements and not by a 3rd party who have nothing to gain from it.

It's hard to review supplements because you need to take them for months before (and if) you notice any changes. All I can say right now is that this supplement is odorless and tasteless and does not cause any side effects for me.

This is the best deal on Amazon for collagen. While it's not the best collagen available it's still good. This supplement comes from bovine only so only types one and three are available. Type 1 & 3 are the best for hair and nails and if you are new to collagen you'll be amazed at the changes. Great price.
