We own a lot of books about animals. A lot. My kids range from 4 years old to 13 years old, and they all like to read about animals. We have National Geographic for kids books, weird but true books, science encyclopedias, and an animal atlas or two. My point is they love to learn about animals. This book (and the other in the series “The Cutest Animals of the World”) are packed with some fascinating photos and facts. The pages are bright and colorful, and it is enjoyed by both the younger and older kids. If your kids are fond of animals, you can’t go wrong with these books.

We went to a zoo themed party and gave this and the other book (The Cutest Animals of the World book) as a gift for the birthday girl. She loved it!

Interesting and educational book for kiddos. There are some strange creatures in here and my children have been fascinated with it. Highly recommend!

There are so many strange ones. I haven’t heard about half of them. Fun book for the children and others.

What more can I say? It is the perfect book for little animal lovers who like weird but true facts.
