I wasn't sure about this while ordering but it's quite sturdy. And I am using it for my senior citizen father whose movement is impaired. But this has been reliable in the washroom and I am quite happy with it. Reliability is very important for senior citizens and hence I am writing after 1.5 months of using this. It has made the space accessible for him without drilling holes in the walls. Easy to travel with as well.

I have purchased two of them (for two hands) paying Rs 1898/-, for my 93 yr old mother-in-law for use in the latrine.They were delivered in a PLAIN brown carton ; there was nothing else in the carton, no leaflet containing details of the Product or installation instructions or precautions to be taken while installing.I attached them on to thoroughly cleaned & dried flat marble tiled wall (without any blemishes) beside the toilet.The very NEXT DAY we heard a loud thud from the latrine. I found one of the two had fallen down on the floor, having detached on its own from the marble tiled wall. Immediately I removed the second one also from the wall as a safety precaution.Thank God it did not happen while my 93 yr old mother-in-law was holding it for support.This item is totally unreliable and unsafe.Rs 1898/- down the drain.

Good product the suction cups on the handle provided are excellent it doesn't come out easily.

Must be stardy for old age,it removed atomic after some months,from bathroom wall, after 4,5 month I bought new one,this saport for old age,Bathroom vacuum handle

I ordered this for my father, to be used in the washroom. It does its job precisely, no faults as of now. The grip is very sturdy and the open close mechanism is easy to operate. Worth the money.

Happy to have bought this item though I ordered it with a doubt. Fall in the bathroom is the main cause for deterioration of one's health especially for seniors. Hence to safe guard myself and my family, from a slippery bathrooom, I have fitted it in the bathroom. It is stuck firmly and offers me good support while taking bath.
