Great product, esp for iPad 10th gen
Got this because the 10th gen iPad’s camera location changed how Apple designed the magnet layout. This means no magnetic pencil holding built into your device. This little sleeve is great, highly magnetic, and comes with 2 adhesive magnets. This things works well enough that I haven’t used the magnets, but they have a nice sleek design if you choose to use them. This grip is made of soft silicone and really comfy to use. It does not interfere with using your pencil, and is a nice little upgrade in itself.

Works great with Staedtler noris digital jumbo EMR stylus!
I bought for the EMR stylus I use with my ReMarkable 2 tablet. I have the Staedtler noris digital jumbo, which is a pretty fat stylus. I was able to put on this sleeve, but it was a bit of a struggle, and I had to glue the eraser cap back onto the stylus when I was done. There's no way this thing is coming off without a similar struggle, but it's great for what it is. The magnet is very strong, and I haven't had any issues with interference with the Wacom EMR tech on the tablet.

Nice, minimal design, good functionality
The Apple Pencil is a truly magical accessory for the iPad Pro, but it’s slippery and always rolls all over the place. Here the FRTMA Apple Pencil sleeve comes to save the day.The FRTMA sleeve is a silicone holder and grip for Apple Pencil with 6 pretty strong magnets embedded into its side. The magnets allow you to attach the Apple Pencil quickly to the front side of the iPad Pro, the front sides of a magnetic smart cover, or pretty much any magnet-friendly metal surface. The sleeve comes shipped in a small plastic tube, and it comes with an extra magnetic plate that you can stick to any surface to quickly store your Apple Pencil wherever you want.PROS:- The silicone texture feels pretty durable and high quality- It gives my hand a nice, controlled grip while drawing -- not slippery like the bare Apple Pencil- It stops your pencil from rolling around- Magnets feel feel pretty strong -- once your pencil is anywhere near the magnetic sweet spot on the iPad Pro, it’ll lock into position. Once it’s attached, you can flip your iPad upside down and the pencil should stay attached, even with some light shaking.- Fits very snug on the PencilCONS:- It only covers and protects about 1/2 of the length of the Apple Pencil- Installing the FRTMA sleeve is also kind of difficult to do -- you really have to give it a really good push and twist until it’s on thereOverall, the FRTMA sleeve is a beautifully minimal accessory that I highly recommend for the Apple Pencil. It makes drawing on the iPad pro a lot more precise and comfortable, while giving you more options for quick storage of the pencil when it’s not in use. Decent grip, handy storage, fits in Smatree case
Pretty good, and mostly does what I hoped it would. It's a simple silicone sleeve with a magnetic strip on one side. As such, and because that strip needs to be flat to properly adhere to either the other strips provided that you can secure other places if desired or to the cover/iPad pro, this makes the sleeve a bit odd in shape, but nothing that inhibits use.Although I find the magnet helpful when moving, say to another room - I can flip the lid shut on my 10.5 Pro's case and stick the Pencil to the outside - the main reason I got it we for the textured surface. I find the Apple Pencil very slick and because of it's slight weight (making for great balance) it feels like retouching images with a rod of glass. It just "felt" like it was slipping even when it wasn't. So this provides enough traction without throwing other things off.One could probably use the old fashioned pencil sponges from the school supply section at your local store, but I store the Apple Pencil in this Smatree Pencil Holder Case for Apple Pencil when not actively in use, and anything much thicker than tis would have to be removed after each use. There is enough room to store the Pencil magnet-up in the case because the silicone is much thinner than on many of the other options.Overall good, but pricey when you consider what it is.

The one I've been looking for
The nicest-looking solution to the problem of "what do I do with this Apple Pencil" is here: elegant, simple, understated, and effective. Double bonus is that the shape is not perfectly round, concurrently solving the problem of "how do I stop my Apple Pencil from rolling away." I selected the midnight blue color, which doesn't look blue but more of a dark grey to my eye, and nicely coordinates with the iPad case in grey. Yes, it is pricey, but save money by buying this first. Caveat: tried it out on my friend's iPad Pro with the attached keyboard but it was not as great for that setup since the extra thickness of the attached keyboard case retards the magnetic attraction. The product fits on the Apple Pencil nicely. Not hard to install, and stays in place.========================One year later: I'm still convinced this is the best Apple Pencil holder around. The product is durable and looks as good as it did in the pictures below. It still holds the pencil tightly. No problems at all in the last year and it looks like it will last a long time to come.
