Needed these
We bought two of these to charge phones or other electronics and these things charge items up fast and you can use them several times before needing to charge the power-banks again! These are great can use on most any item.

Works well so far, but delivered completely dead
I searched for a power bank that would run multiple LED and neon lights for a full evening and is protected from outdoor elements for extreme camping, and this one was the best of the options. It is rugged and has a sizeable capacity. I haven't used it extensively yet, but it has a high quality feel and heft, and the dust cap fits tightly. My only issue with this so far is that both units that were sent to me arrived completely dead. As far as I could tell, they're being stored dry, which is detrimental to battery longevity. If this company would store them properly so that we consumers would get a legitimately new battery, I would gladly give it 5 stars.

No charge /1 year
I consider myself a light user of this product. I don’t think I used it that often but I have taken it all over the place. I bought it for a helmet fan but didn’t work because of the flashlight feature and ended up using for my in car charger for my family handhelds phones/ switch / Ipad. The quality of this product is amazing on the outside it’s portable rugged and easy to handle. I didn’t like the rubber flap that protects the ports but it worked. However, it was hard on my input chord ends. The charge felt like it lasted a very long time and I didn’t have to charge it all the time but it took forever to charge. Its weight is up there but to be expected. The flashlight feature sucked because it was controlled by the same button to power the device and it didn’t trigger like expected I wish that was not even an added feature. And NOW It is no longer charging and doesn’t work. I know the battery has not had that many cycles. So value for the money is very poor. I hope there is a warranty that supports a replacement for this . - I will write again if they fix this.

Great Charger and has power that last
We use this product on our long days at the baseball field to stream games. It has never let us down it with stands the texas sun and hangs right to the fence. Great product very durable. Just what we needed.

A beast of a battery in good and bad ways
Sweet Jesus this sucker is heavy. To be expected though with the rated 30k mAh capacity. Yes, you won't actually get 30k usable mAh but you should get close to 20k usable, and that's pretty respectable. 3 USB-A ports and one USB-C port means you can power up plenty of devices at the same time, and it has the juice to do so.A few not so good things about this battery - it took overnight to charge from a 20W PD wall wart, and it wasn't even completely drained. Nowhere near, maybe 50% drained. It also came with scratches on it right out of the box. Okay, it's going to eventually get scratched anyway but if I get something new, I'd like it to look new out of the box. Another so-so thing is the rubber cover for the ports - it seems a bit flimsy to me and like it will eventually fail, but so far it's held up. Time will tell. I also don't think I'd trust the carabiner attachment point to hold up to extended use by hanging the battery on a bag/backpack while moving, but it's nice to have in case you need to hang the battery somewhere.Okay, one last thing - the light. The switch has problems. Sometimes it works, usually it doesn't so you can't turn on the light. The light is a nice tint though.I like the rubber bumpers, the battery seems assembled well and so far it's performed well. Overall though, it's a mediocre battery pack because of the defects I've outlined and the weight, but so far a well performing one.

Portable and Reliable
I recently purchased the Techsmarter 30000mah Power Bank in anticipation of the upcoming summer. Why would I buy a power bank in anticipation for summer do you ask? Well, that is simple. I will be in California and fully expect to have a summer of smoke-filled skies, a red colored sun, and continuous electrical blackouts. As I get ready to enjoy an apocalypse themed summer, I figured I better get a power bank so I have the ability to recharge my cell phone while I wait an unknown amount of time for the electricity to be restored.I am no tech genius. I can't tell you the max/minimum electrical discharge rate of the Techsmarter Power Bank or anything else specific to its performance. But, I can say it has an attractive design and a sleek appearance. It seems well made and has so far done a fine job recharging my cell phone. At approximately 6.5" long, 3" wide, 1.25" tall and weighing about a pound, I feel it is the perfect size to keep on a night stand if you’re not next to an outlet, carry in a car, or even a backpack.I can recharge my cellular phone numerous times off of the stored energy in the Techsmarter Power Bank. I’m sure there is a lot of variation of how much energy is needed to re-charge a cell phone, but I’m easily able to recharge my old iPhone 5+ times depending on just how depleted my phone’s battery is.All in all, I’d definitely recommend the Techsmarter Power Bank....
