Good composition of ingredients & is a nice to have snack/breakfast bar in the morning. The bar is very good for someone who's casually into increasing protein in their diet - if you're more of a fitness enthusiast the 20g protein bar would be a better fit :)I'd appreciate different flavours in the 10g variants - especially the ones available as the 20g version.
