The lights are awesome, but unfortunately the control doesn't work so it is just stuck on rotating colors.The shoes don't levitate due to the magnet not being strong enough to emit a force far enough away.The shoes basically get stuck at the top and the heel is touch the top of the device. This is with multiple shoes... basically any shoe that isn't complete straight in the heel won't work on this one. I replaced this more expensive one due to the lights but the cheaper one actually levitated much better.The balls are useful but I think in general the shape of the magnet and strength doesn't allow for this device to work properly. Oh well maybe third time is the charm.
