what strength is this tool? Does it come with a fine, medium and coarse?

Does it work for mild indented scarring?

Any kind of an exfoliation (even an emery board...) will help for mild indented scarring. Just so that you know I recently discovered that using MADERMA works well with me I put it on every day and it seems to get rid of scars......

Do you use the face or body tool on the backs of hands if thin skinned?

does this help get rid 0f age spots

I have found that the Diamondbuff readies your skin so that when you apply an age spot remover, it seems to sink in better than than when you don't do any preparation. The absorption of the spot remover seems to work for the entire week until you use the Buff again. I use the Buff once a week so as not to irritate my skin.
