The crib is surprisingly well made especially for the price. It’s been bitten repeatedly and the finish stays put. It’s a beautiful soft white, assembly was easy and straightforward, it converts to accommodate a growing child’s needs. I bought the matching bed rail too. It’ll function well as a toddler bed so we’re ready for the next phase. I was afraid it looked a little small, but it’s the perfect size.

I needed a crib at my mother’s house for when she watches my son and this is the perfect option. The crib is super sturdy and safe. It came well packed and everything was labeled easily so putting it together was a breeze. I would highly recommend this crib to anyone and for the price the quality is just as good as very expensive cribs!!

This crib has been such a disappointment… The front rail was warped when we first tried to assemble it, so we reached out to Delta Children and they were able to send a replacement part within a week or two. We were bummed that we couldn’t build our first baby’s crib together before my husband left the country for an extended time for work, but fine. At least they sent the part, right? I figured I could build the crib myself and it would still be ready in time for baby.Fast forward to me, pregnant and emotional, trying to build this crib by myself after the part arrives. Sitting in the floor of our nursery, I open the box to find that the new part has a big chip in the paint. This is right across the front of the crib, I might add. “Disappointed” doesn’t begin to cover it. I email Delta Children again (politely, I promise! Did not keep my cool IRL, but I did for the email), figuring that the third time’s the charm. They send another part.This third box arrives looking promising but, you guessed it, the part is once again damaged. It has large scratches across the front that seem to have been made by some of the machinery in the factory (?) I literally sat there just speechless staring at it for a while. At this point, it is clear to me that DC has zero quality control going on. As a company, you really aren’t going to at least LOOK at a piece before sending it out to replace a part that has arrived damaged twice already? I’m honestly wondering if they are sending me duds on purpose because this is crazy.(Side note— I would have just fully returned it at this point but 1. I have no idea how to ship back a whole baby crib and 2. I already purchased the toddler bed conversion kit separately, which was both expensive and would be useless for any other crib)After all of this, I reach out to Delta Children for a final time and tell the whole story of what has happened. I don’t really want them to send me another “replacement” piece that will inevitably arrive damaged. Instead, I request a partial refund so that I can buy the supplies to refinish one of the scratched/chipped parts myself. After sending this email, they ghosted me. Thankfully, Amazon support was able to help me out which I greatly appreciate. I’ll be spending next weekend at the hardware store and outside in the heat trying to sand and repaint this crib rail, but at least I got some of my money back.
