Wine Preserver (White): Wine Saver, Saves Red and White Wine, Reusable Stopper Sealer, Seen On Shark Tank

I bought this following America's Test Kitchen review of it. I've only used it on 3 bottles so far but it has been performing perfectly. It's an unlikely looking affair but it functions very well. The balloon doesn't deflate completely or easily, making it a bit tedious to remove from the bottle. It seems as if the balloon could be a bit more robust and still function as needed. This would likely allow it to deflate itself more completely. As far as keeping the wine preserved, it works better than any of the other systems I own. Even some better grade wines are being bottled with screw tops these days and the vacuum systems don't fit as snugly as they do in a cork bottle. This device solves that issue, too.I would recommend it but I'll also be watching for version 2.0!

I gave my husband one for Christmas and he uses it to her three times a week. We have extra balloons because we don’t want to be without this. Vacuvin has not been out if the drawer since he got it. Just purchased another one as a great gift. Our daughter calls it the wine Foley. Maybe only medical people can appreciate that. But she and her boyfriend are fighting over ownership. They both love it, it’s easy to enjoy a glass of wine and not feel like you need to finish it off and can enjoy it later. Customer service is outstanding.

So far so good. Used w,1 bottle. Had to add a pump after 1 day then later 3 more. Drank the rest yummmm Love that you can see if still sealed ! I have now used for almost a year...every bottle has stayed fresh. It is now my favorite gift to give. EVERYBODY needs one!Update: Have used the same ballon now for about 10 bottles. Every bottle still yummy after days. I love that you can see its still inflated. Have given t o every "wino" friend I know for bdays weddings etc. LOVE IT!

Nice gizmo. First balloon leaked air. Second one fine.Update 01/30/2018: Heard from the seller who is sending a no-charge replacement balloon or two. Great customer service! Wish more people treated their customers like Eric!

Excellent solution to save wine after opening. Cook's Illustrated lists it the very best for keeping wine drinkable after opening and so far it has worked for well for me. It's easy to use and does a great job of keeping air out of the opened bottle. Understanding the proper inflation of the balloon is initially a bit difficult and although the instructions caution not to over inflate my first balloon did not last as long as it should but by the time I installed the second balloon I was able to better gauge the proper inflation, so all is well. Even though I had this initial issue with the Air Cork, I am quite happy with it's capacity to do exactly what it is supposed to do, i.e. keep my opened wine bottles fresh.

Keeps wine fresh tasting for weeks+This is the second one I have purchased for me. It does keep the wine taste better longer. I have also bought a few for gifts to share with other wine lovers.

Finally, a product that is easy to use and does what it says! kKeeping my wine fresh is important to me, and this is marvelous, so easy to use. Each of my kids will be getting one for Christmas. Update: my kids got their Air Corks and were SO excited. They had heard good things about them, and were anxious to try one. They all love the Air Corks, they work just as stated. They're easy to use and the wine stays fresh! No more vinegar wine! No more trying to finish a bottle fast! Sip, enjoy, relax!

Balloons are made for a very small bottle they are made very very weak they pop right away better to run it under hot water first to stretch it out before you start pumping it in a bottle overall it does work if your alcohol bottle is small but the balloon should really be reinforced

These devices are excellent to preserve a part-bottle of red wine without refrigeration; and to keep a part-bottle of white while refrigerated. I have purchased 6 or 8 over the past 3 years and been delighted with their performance. After a few months, the balloons must be replaced, due to bursting or leakage; and the squeeze bulb lasts 1-2 years before leaking.

Lovely idea but the balloons broke after first use, could not reuse them . Replacement balloons are over $10.00 each so to spend $10.00 to save half a bottle of $15 - 20 bottle of wine makes absolutely no sense. To bad they couldn’t come up with a good quality reusable balloon. It could have been a wonderful product. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

First balloon which was attached to the pump burst on first use! It hadn’t even inflated to the point of sealing the standard sized wine bottle yet (maybe 5-7 pumps). I installed the replacement balloon, which worked but would slowly deflate so that by the following day, there was no longer a proper seal. I gave up on this product and ordered Private Preserve wine preservation spray, which seems to work well.

I have purchased this product several times on Amazon over the past 5 or so years and the last 2 times from this vendor were not great. I loved this product in the past, and was so excited to write a positive review. This last occasion the first balloon burst the first time I tried it and the second one that came with it, well that burst the second time I used it. I thought I would try my luck at the Air cork website. It took a while to get delivered but the original quality is there.
