This has helped me no end I have had many tummy problems and this get everything back on track, I would just say don't touch the actually tablet as it has a aroma that stays on your hand so instead tip into the lid and out in your mouth from there I seen a difference in under a weak I had better energy levels and was sleeping much better with less trapped air in my tummy hope this helps as much has for me

Sodium Butyrate ,for me has been fantastic ,I’ve been using it for a year now, and it helped with my diet, I lost 6 stone, and I’ve put it down to this incredible vitamin supplement and a good diet

Does what it says on the bottle

I opened the capsule to try just a bit which I'm aware is not the recommended way to use but this smells like cheesey toenails which I know is just the way it smells and its not the products fault and if I didnt open the capsule it wouldn't smell. In terms of the product for me it's too much sodium, and it made my face feel a bit swolen/ tense but that could just be me but I will try tributyrate to see if that is better due to the importance of butyrates function in the gut it would be good to increase the benefits from it.

It’s difficult to confirm if this does what it says it does, because my symptoms of hypersensitivity of the stomach are intermittent but I have been taking it for over a week and so far, so good. Worth a try.
