Of most of the trendy items that I have tried(with most not working or kinda working) this item is excellent. My mood is more consistently calm and happy. It definitely helps with sleep, focus, and mood. Although, you must take it consistently for at least a month. The gummies are delicious to add.

I don’t know what this rave is all about. I did not get the energy that it said I was going to get. I’ve been taking these for two weeks and I could tell you I have no more energy. Or my brain does not feel any better. My own personal opinion not worth the money.

Started on these gummies on 6.24.2025. 1st thing I notice is the pain in my hands and hip aren’t as noticeable and I am sleeping really good at night.
