With these supplements, I can eat cross-contaminated foods without any sickness now. I am severely intolerant to wheat, eggs, and dairy. I purchased a bottle directly from Enzymedica to compare it to, and also contacted Enzymedica about the discrepancies between the two bottles. I'm glad I started taking this, because my doctor told me to stop eating dairy and gluten, so this helps me with digestion. FYI, once you turn 40, you should ask your doctor if you need enzymes.

These are a necessity as my gut has gotten more sensitive. I take one with the first bites of food and I’m good. I definitely notice when I don’t use them because I’m in a LOT of pain. They’re expensive but worth it.

These are standard '00' capsule size so they work well for me. Many times I will use only 2 for my less problematic allergens, such as dairy, and they seem to still do the job. For my gluten sensitivity- I find I definitely need the full dose. This is the only brand I use for the full digestive enzymes. The capsules are clear and completely sheer so you can clearly see the powder contents of each capsule. I think for the discomfort this saves me from, it's a definite great value for the money. To clarify, I have not been dx'd as having Celiac Disease, so I don't know if this is sufficient for a true Celiac patient. I do know my son's girlfriend has a VERY severe case of Celiacs Disease and being unwilling to give up gluten altogether she does at least acknowledge if she uses these it definitely decreases the extreme amount of pain she typically endures when she consumes gluten products.

This was recommended by a family member and it certainly helped me get through the holidays! It's a bit pricey for me to use too often, but if you are a simple eater like me and have a big occasion where you will be eating things that you normally do not eat, I highly recommend!

This product works great. My GI Doctor recommended to take it 15 minutes before a meal. It has really helped my digestion.
