Takes too long to charge

I have never given a review on an item, but this one I had too. I am totally disappointed in this product I got this tablet as a gift for my son's birthday. And while trying to setup the tablet the screen kept switching to the home screen and would not allow me to go into settings or neither would it let me select wifi. After trying for 15 minutes holding the screen with two fingers hoping I could select it quickly it still switched off I was successful with that method once, but the tablet still would not allow me too setup the screen frozen in settings then went back to the home screen. I will be returning I wanted to see if this was a defect in this tablet, but I read another review and she mention her second one did the same thing. I'm happy for those whose tablet worked. Because I loved the size and what it said it had to offer. If they see this message and send me a working device I would give it another try. This company needs to check all their devices if this keeps having, I have read several people having an issue. I'm sure the company is aware of their defective devices by now I'm just wondering if this is a scam. If I had a choice I would rate this tablet a zero.

Very good tablet it’s easy to use it’s not freezing like other tablets and when it’s fully charge it last her the whole day

My 4 year old loves this tablet. It comes with games already downloaded which is nice. The only downfall is that the battery doesn't seem to last very long. It had to be charged every day.

All and any Parent, should make this product their child's first tablet. The tablet itself is already pre loaded with learning programs for your children. The tablet itself has very good graphics/pixels as well as speed when loading a app for your child from outside the installed apps that come with it. The protective case that surrounds the tablet is by far a game changer. Our child dropped her tablet many times, and nothing happened. We are giving this item for the above said five stars without question.

It serves its purpose. All the games that come with it are crap! It is finicky with charging. One day a certain charger will work fine and the next it won't. Even the charger it came with has issues charging it. The cover gets in the way of some chargers being able to go in all the way as well. Just be prepared to download your own apps and games and keep a wide variety of chargers around.

I bought 2 of these. 1 was from 2022 when my son turned 3. He only used it from time to time and after 2 years it stopped charging. I figured since he had been rough with it a few times as 3 year Olds can be it was time to replace. In Aug of 2024 I was looking for new tablets for him and figured since I knew this product and it lasted 2 years last time ud go ahead and just rebuy and replace. In Nov. It stopped charging. So after 3 months of regular use and knowing my son was much more gentile with this one I can't fathom why it would just stop charging? There's no way to charge it externally. Dont waste your money. Spend a bit more and get something faster and more durable.
