I run a photography company and we seem to constantly need new tripods for outdoor work. First of all, these look amazing, but they're not just a pretty face. These are quick to deploy, light to haul all over, and the potential configurations for the camera angle are just superb. Being able to raise the camera on a center post means we can keep the tripod legs in a smaller space, without having to be so spread out. The weight hook is perfect not only for weight, but to keep gear packs off the ground. The price point is enough to make my freelancers take care of it, but I won't be heartbroken if one of them has to be replaced. My only concern is the shallow screw depth of the quick release plate - which isn't at all quick, by the way - and that the tripod is useless if someone walks off with this pretty much proprietary looking plate, but I'll keep spares on hand. At least the plates are heavier and bigger than the Manfrotto release buttons which we were losing constantly because they're so small and hard to find in the bottom of a bag or box. When it's time to buy again, this tripod will be the one.

I have purchased many budget tripods in the past ($50 and under) and decided to purchase this one as those kept breaking. I purchased the Science Fiction version which has yellow accents.I do photography, mainly family photos and portraits but also travel and do various other styles as a hobby. This tripod will serve multiple purposes and I plan to update as I use it more. I have only used it indoors currently and it is very easy to adjust. It feels sturdy. The real test will be once I am challenging the wind and weather. I do imagine I’ll need to attach some extra weight to it as it is pretty lightweight.I love that this comes with a carrying case, which happens to be quite nice quality-wise as well.

This is good only for light weight cameras. Like not professional weight, heavy duty cameras.

Looks fantastic, and is a really solid tripod.I also love the cool colour, as well as the fact that it comes with a phone mount.

The media could not be loaded.  It does its job as my go to tripod when I go take seascape/landscape photography. I love my heavy tripod but it's just too heavy to carry it on a hike. I still have the heavy dslr camera and its massive lenses so I was a bit worried when I forgot my L-bracket. But surprisingly, it held my camera like a champ even on a portrait mode. For it being a light weight tripod it was very stable. I didn't properly set it up yet when I took the video so you could see the level isn't straight. I love how shiny it looks and feels, very stylish too. I would totally recommend it, especially if you're looking for a secondary one if you already have the massive tripods.
