Rosin Press Bags (2.5" x 4.5") - 50 Pack (90 micron)

Sometime the bags get a crease and become difficult to manage. I have to be careful how much I loaded, the loading technique, and how much pressure as they will split open although generally not at the seams but in the micron mesh. Otherwise worked well for smashing nugs.

The bags themselves are fine. They do what they do what they're supposed to, which is why I gave them a 2 instead of 1.There is, however a MAJOR problem with the packaging. The bags get all bunched up and folded in the package, making them very difficult to use out of the package. Getting the bag ready is suddenly the most difficult part of the process. I've tried to iron them, steam them, pre-press them, anything I can think of to get the kinks out and it's not really working. You don't get this problem with a 10-pack because they're packaged in a bag with room to breathe. 50-packs need better packaging. Full stop.Hint to the manufacturers: I'm sure the profit margins on these things must be huge. You're selling a few yards of fabric stitched together with basic mechanical sewing for about $50. Dropping a couple more cents for a cardboard box is the least you could do here, and it would make a really significant difference in your customer satisfaction.The next rosin bags I buy will be ANYTHING I CAN FIND that isn't packaged this way.

I only have had one blow out and that was my fault. 12 ton shop press vs squish bag.

Mediocre bags, they work, but are pretty susceptible to blowouts. I’d highly recommend being extra careful with these. Micron bags aren’t anything new to me and got these in a pinch.
