they are a little wider than I expected.
I needed a smaller one these tend to work better if you penetrate the skin deeper which could cause more pain even if using a numbing cream. next time I am going to get the non-rounded ones. I am not a professional tattoo artist so my review can not be 100% authentic but I did use them.

A lil dull
They're kinda dull but I just use multiples throughout the tattoo

Great for large tattoos
Definitely not something you'll use that often, but when you've got a large tattoo to fill in, I'd definitely recommend

Great rotary needle for Blackout's
I am NO tattoo artist but learned tattooing sum yrs ago. My blackout sleeve is coming along nice especially with the EPIC 49RM. With proper depth setting and even, small circle's ink set's great with this needle. Recommend for sure.

Consistency
I’ve had to toss a couple of cartridges because of the inconsistency of the needle placement but if you’re pinching pennies then these are good for the price!

Ez needle
I like using EZ needles but the 49RM just felt like it needs a rubber band to hold it back in the cartridge. It feels loose… I won’t buy again.
