Superb Value For Money
This laptop is really good value for money. It comes with windows 10 (not the pro version) and is stable and seems to be glitch free. It was easy to set up, with the walk-through guide and I had it connected to my wifi in a matter of minutes. The camera is great quality, making it really useful for Zoom and other online communications. I use it on Zoom for teaching and the big screen and high resolution make it simple and effective to use. I've only used it once purely on battery but was not disappointed with the battery life. Overall, for it's price, a really nice laptop. The seller seems to be very helpful, answering a question I had in less than a day. One thing to note: the keyboard layout is US rather than UK but this can be easily changed any time. There are also stickers to change the key symbols. I was reticent to use these but once fitted they are invisible and undetectable.

Quality build at budget price
Feels like a very high quality laptop, for a budget price. The laptop is very slim, an excellent screen. It only has 2 USB3 ports, and a mini-HDMI but that's all I needed and for rare occasions I will just plug in a hub. I liked that it didn't have lots of free-ware bundled in so I didn't have to remove anything other than an English & Chinese Office 365. Overall excellent value. Note it's a US keyboard but they provide a transfer kit to adjust it to a UK keyboard, which is a neat way to solve it. Very large trackpad - fortunately has all the controls to disable multi-finger movements which I just don't get on with.Will certainly take a look at Teclast when I need to upgrade one of our other laptops.Windows update also confirms it is Windows-11 compatible, if you are worried about long term compatibility

Great laptop at a great price.
Bought as a present for our daughter, she can do all her schoolwork on it as well as spend hours watching You tube and playing Minecraft! It's very slim and lightweight and has a good battery life. Very pleased with our purchase.

Cheap product
I’ve used budget laptops before that feel good quality, this one does feel cheap though. The colour of the screen is very poor quality. Noticed as soon as I first turned it on that the traditional windows blue colour looked rather pale. Played about with settings and the screen really is poor, doesn’t show vibrant colours at all it’s very pale. Mousepad does not pick up movement well, constantly having to repeat gestures to get the mouse to move. Keyboard is cheaply made, very “clicky”. After about 3 hours of use I decided to pack it up for a refund.

Great value machine
Sturdy, sleek and light, Good looking, reasonably fast. Easy to set up. I am a programmer and business man so I really do expect much more from a laptop than most average users. This does not disappoint. The screen is fine and for me is better than gimmicky touch screens. Battery life was fantastic, much better than my last much higher spec machine that it replaced. Above all, looks so cool!

Very Good Laptop
Upgraded laptop to Windows 11 with no issues. Yes, sound not great, but name me a laptop where you get excellent sound quality without plugging in external speakers. Once you set up Windows to tell it you want a UK keyboard, which is actually very simple and use the stickers supplied, no issues again what so ever. I think some of the comments left, are just where people do not know how to set Windows up correctly possibly.It has a excellent clear screen, very precise mouse and compared to older laptops that can tend to be a little noisy, is very quiet. For a basic to medium spec laptop for basic graphics, office work, etc., I would highly recommend this laptop.

Quality laptop for the price
For the price this is a great laptop. Starts up and shuts down fast, loads fast. I can run Lightroom on it fairly well, but it’s at the low end of its system requirements so it it can be slow. Battery life is great for my uses and the screen quality is fantastic. Great product

Good price, works for basic computing tasks.
Great device for typing a document or watching a medium quality YouTube video.No more then that. There's a larger delay than I thought to load things, but then again still a good price for an ultra-budget range.
