Really great, the organic version differs quit a bit from the regular, unorganic, while the later is somewhat oily, the organic is really creamy and smooth. When put in refrigerator its gonna separate, which is perfectly normal, even beneficial in some cases - you gonna be left with coconut cream on top and more liquid coconut milk on the bottom. i use it for adding creaminess to stews - one tablespoon is plenty because of its density, and the more liquid part for adding to coffee. If not just shake it and problem solved! The taste is fairly neutral i would say - it does not have a strong coconut flavour. Comparing to other coconut milks that i have tried this is the thickest one i have found so far, so i need to add less amount than a normal coconut milk. I use to buy it in my local Costco, however they discontinued it, i was really disappointed, as it had become a household staple, so im left with ordering it here on Amazon, however i gotta buy 12 cans at once, instead of 6 which is more reasonable for me. Anyway - would recommend.

So far this coconut milk has been the only one I’ve been buying lately due to its great flavor. The ingredients are simple and good for you. Even better that I can get it in bulk especially because we drink a lot of smoothies at my house so we go through a lot of it. It blends great with smoothies and soups. Not bad for the price I shall say.

Oh, I love this because I can use it for so many recipes! I’m making my own vegan yogurt now, but you can use it for anything. It’s rich and creamy and different than what comes in the cartons in the store which is very watery. I use both, but this is good for Vegan Keylime pie also.! it’s stores well because they’re in cans, so I have to worry about using them right away, but only at my convenience.
