Fablegent® XH1 - Elegant Decorative Throw Pillow Cover - Peacock Feathers Design on Both Sides (23"x23")

For starters, the pillow cover is much more beautiful than pictured. This material is unfamiliar to me, I do not know what to call it, but it does feel on the par with velvet. The zipper construction is seamless and without flaws. It fits the pillow form perfectly. The artwork on this textile looks to be 3D and one would expect rough surface, but the surface is smooth. The colors are vibrant and pattern is mirrored reversible. For those of you who sew (as I have done for 50+ years) this piece might put other efforts to shame.For more information, the cover is manufactured in China, shipped from China, delivered USPS, and your package will arrive pre-opened and re-taped due to customs. It will take a while for delivery, but one has time to wait for perfection. I love this purchase and highly recommend it to those looking for something beautiful, decorative and useful.

A professional photographer said someone really put some work into getting that quality transferred on the fabric.The colors are so intense and sharp that it appears 3D and invites you to touch it and feel what your eyes see but isn't there!The fabric is gorgeous, thick and soft, invisible zipper too.Excellent communication for ordering, stellar customer service and quicker delivery than I expected! I was having trouble deciding on a few so ordered a total of 10 different ones.Yes! I am very happy with this purchase!!!!

They mailed it through the US Mail, and it was never delivered to me. A month after I ordered it (the day after the predicted last date of delivery), I finally looked into it and supposedly it had been delivered two weeks before. I was home the day and time that it was supposedly delivered. Whoever got it wasn't me. Fablegent did not insure the package, so the post office's response was that a claim couldn't be filed for 30 days after it was supposedly delivered,and that because they package wasn't insured, there really wasn't anything that would be done anyway. I contacted Fablegent about it, and they wanted me to wait the 30 days (which would be 6 weeks after I ordered it), and then wait for the postmaster to 'investigate.' Short of the postmaster walking from house to house in the city that I live in, and asking people if they had received a package that didn't belong to them, and would they please return the items, what in the world did Fablegent think the postmaster was going to do about it?! They should have insured the package. They didn't. So the USPS had no further responsibility. I inquired with Amazon about how to handle this, and their response was to file an A-Z claim (which I didn't ask them to do). Fablegent's response was then to insist that until I removed the claim, they wouldn't send me anything. Basically, blackmail. I remove the claim (which was my only protection to at least get my money back) or they wouldn't help me. I said send the pillows, and I'll happily remove the claim. They didn't send them. I did get my money back through Amazon. Worst customer service ever. I'm sure the pillow was pretty. Not worth the hassle and I would never trust this vendor in the future.

I am not sure if I just didn't read carfully enough but no pillow came with this cover. It is a nice cover and really soft with pretty colors, but a little useless with no pillow so not I have to make a trip to Hobby Lobby for stuffing for it or hope that I can find a pillow to fit. Also, it shipped from out of country so it did take a while to get here. The reason I am removing stars is that it is really useless with no pillow and I would not buy again given I bought a cover WITH a pillow in in for less. I also got a rude email from the seller which did not make me change my mind about the rating.

The pillow that I received differs somewhat from the picture.....there is more of the cream background showing and the plume is not quite as centered as the picture indicates. AND....this most certainly is NOT velvet! Get with it, people!This is indeed a lovely kind of very good-quality low-pile commercial velour, and it does make for a beautiful pillow, so I forgive you, Fablegent......however, velour is made one way and velvet is made another. The pillow that I received is NOT velvet, period. Following the comment of a previous reviewer, I have simply stuffed it and left it to smooth out on its own, and it is doing just that. BTW: You should absolutely NOT iron this piece.....don't steam it either, unless you know what you are doing. Another niggle: my pillow cover was not quite 18 inches square, closer to 17 inches square....so stuffing in one of my plump 18 inch square feather pillows was a chore, but it did get coaxed in and and looks just fine in the end.The colors are true to nature and quite vibrant, and it is printed on both sides. It is a well-detailed, showy piece, and I like it enough to order a second to make a sofa set, but not enough to order the larger number that I had been planning on getting for a bigger installation.My order arrived within two days.....and was securely bag-wrapped for shipping. No bad smell at all. So, all in all, a very satisfactory option for a showy decorative pillow.......I do like that there are companion pillow covers in other sizes and peacock patterns available as well.

They are the most exquisite, elegant pillow covers. I am more than pleased. Was a bit delayed in arriving since it came from China which I didn't know originally but I could track it along the way and I knew exactly when it was to arrive. They are so velvety soft. The front and back are identical, perfect seaming, hidden zipper. Makes my living room look very stylish. Meets my expectations and then more. Thank you Fablegent for these fantastic pillow covers.
