Totally and completely exceeded my expectations.
Ya know for $10 bucks I was;t expecting much...something semi tough to withstand some bangs...Boy I guess I didn't really know what to expect...because man VECTRONE knocked it out of the park with this one. I mean WOW!YES - It's a tad big..but I have big headphones and I needed something that was going to protect my noise cancelling HP's in my back pack (which is my briefcase) and it gets knocked around on planes and at meetings. I really need something almost bullet proof. The X3 Headphone Case NY is totally that...and it has a lot of inside the case padding to cushion the HP's if you drop it (I'm a klutz...it's already happened...twice!)I think the headphones will wear out before the case does...but if I need another case for full sized pro-sumer headphones it will definitely be a X3 Headphone Case NY

Great Quality, Great Price
First I apologize if my review reads like a sales pitch, but I really am that impressed.I received the SONY MDR-XB950N1 Headphones for Christmas. I bought a case because even though I don’t throw my bag around, my last set of headphones didn’t fair well with the backpack life. Reasons vary for cases, but if you find yourself in the market, Vectron is definitely the way to go. Not only is the price appealing, but the quality was beyond my expectations once I received the case. Also the customer service of Vectron is awesome, they do a great job at showing you how they stand behind their product...Honestly, I doubt I’ll ever have to use their customer service, but I think if I ever have to it would be top notch. I say this because the communication from them is clear and concise on what to do if a problem should arise. In short I would definitely recommend this case and Vectron to anyone. (For whatever that is worth)

WOW - Great case at a great price!
WOW - Great case at a great price! Well constructed of good materials inside and out. Holds my kids new bluetooth headphones along with the charging cord and 3.5mm cord no problem. I would like to have a small net pocket for holding these accessories but at this price and for this quality it's minor issue. You also get a soft case for carrying your head phones if you do not want to use this extremely durable case.Fast delivery and as others have mentioned I love the 'personal warranty' card. Will purchase from Vectron in the future.

Impressive build quality (ordered Ballistic Nylon), fits HD 598 Cs, but be prepared for a smell!
I got this for my new Sennheiser HD 598 Cs (the closed-back version), and, with the cord unplugged, they fit fine. They also might fit with the cord still attached, but that'd put extra strain on the cord. So, if you want to use this case for the 598 Cs and don't mind unplugging the cord, you'll be fine; if you want to keep the cord attached, no guarantees! The build quality, at least initially, is more than sufficient (I ordered them in Ballistic Nylon). My only complaint here is the lack of a handle. Some cases have built-in handles, but not this one. This wasn't a big deal to me, but those wanting a built-in handle should look elsewhere. One caveat though: there IS a "lanyard loop," so you could make your own handle. My only other complaint? As other(s) have noted, the interior smells VERY chemically; I can't identify the smell, but someone says it's formaldehyde. Be warned!Assuming that smell dissipates, I'd definitely recommend this case for the Sennheiser HD 598 Cs.

Very good quality case; Fits AKG - 550
For the price, this headphone case is fantastic in quality. It sure feels a lot more expensive than what I paid for. I tried my Razor Chroma and they fit fine; and just tried AKG - K550 and they fitted as well. Though the fit is a little tight but nothing troublesome. It is very hard; but still gives leverage ; make it very good for putting it in a suitcase or in your backpack.I can not comment on how much long lasting these are but as of now they have fantastic quality for the price. (I will probably add photos later)

Excellent for the price, perhaps a bit too large.
I went back and forth a bit between a 4 star and a five star review. The case itself I give a 5 to without any hesitation, it feels very solid, and well put together. The inside is well lined, although not padded, and the zippers seem sturdy. My only two issues were as follows: 1) My case does not have the interior band that some people have in their pictures, perhaps that is no longer a feature of the newer X3's. 2) It is a bit hard to figure out which VECTRON case to pick for your headphones. I have a Sennheiser HD599 (identically sized to the HD 598) which is listed as a supported headphone. The X3 is actually a little large for this headphone, and it can move around a bit in the case. I don't think this will really affect the protection offered by the case, and it is certainly better than being too small. However it might have fit more snugly in a different case, perhaps the X5? Perhaps a better list of popular headphones, and which case they fir best in, would be advised. All in all I would buy from VECTRON again, the X3 is an excellent value for the price.

I like the built and quality of it in comparison with ...
Bought this for a headset and this case meets my expectations in a reasonable price. I like the built and quality of it in comparison with other headset case in the market with a higher or more expensive selling price. Actually, I first bought the Vectron X3 Headphone Case PU and was amazed by it. Now, I have both and they are really impressive for the quality and price. No more worries about broken headsets when travelling or storage. Thanks Vectron!

Love this case....
Love this case, more compact than the Slappa case I got for my DT770 pair of headphones. These are more plush inside, have a thicker heavier duty zipper and fit in a standard desk drawer. Loved them so much bought a 2nd one for another pair of headphones I have at work. Use these for my Beyerdynamic DT770's, Audio Technica ATH-M40x's. All headphones are snug and protected.
