I put this in the freezer and use it to cool me down in hot weather. Love this product!

I use this when I my head is banging and I can’t move or handle sunlight. It works very well. Gives me hours of pain relief and is excellent value.

Bought this based on reviews and images. It would be a good product if it was as long as images. It does not fit well around the head and does not fit at all around the neck. Wasted my money.

This was uncomfortable to wear. However, as I suffer with knee pain, I'll use on knee instead as it was too uncomfortable/heavy for me to use for migraine refief

This ice pack fits well around my small head (comes with an extender strap for larger heads). After being in the freezer 24+ hours it stays cold about an hour. Ice pack is gel type and conforms to curvature of the head straight out of the freezer. Outside cover is washable. I leave the ice pack inside the cover, put in a zip lock bag, and freeze all together; saves time when I need to use it. I plan to buy a second one so I can swap them out during migraine (mine last 2-4 days). It is heavy (wouldn't walk around with it on), but as I have to retreat to a completely dark room and lay down anyway I don't see this as an issue.

The all-around cold is really helpful for headaches. One thing to note is that it's actually quite heavy, so while it's great to use lying down (which is how I want to use it anyways) I don't think it would work sitting up as shown in the photos. Nice and flexible so there are no hard edges. Doesn't seem to stay cold quite as long as some other ice packs but hard to say for sure.

Possibly the most stupid thing I have ever purchased. Do I regret it? Not one bit. Do I feel very dumb wearing it. Yes. Makes me feel like an uncircumcised shlong. If you are reading this and wondering if you should get it.... do it.

I love this hot\cold pack & have been using it almost daily to relieve muscle tension & soreness & found it most effective for neck\shoulders. It is also effective for headache relief but I found it to be heavy to use in upright position so using it while lying down is easier.It holds the heat for longer time than my previous packs.I like the buttons holding the pack in place inside the cover but I wish there was an easier way to place it back into the cover rather than stuffing it in every time.Overall it was a great purchase for me.

We keep it in the freezer for migraines. My boyfriend and I both have migraines, so it's great that it's adjustable, so it fits both of us AND we can adjust the pressure. It gets quite cold and is a great relief. The only downside has to do with the eye mask part of it. We love that there are gel packs for the cheekbones, as the sinuses under the cheekbones can be painful when having a migraine, but there are no holes for the eyes, so our eyeballs are freezing! It's seriously unpleasant. If it weren't for that, this product would get 5 stars. We've had several models of this concept over the years, as they all end up leaking and/or smelling of freezer, and all had their pros and cons. This model is not better or worse than the other models around, but the value for your money is very good. Anyone suffering from migraines, even very occasionally, should have a cap like this in their freezer. I was skeptical at first, but it really brings great relief. This one can be good for someone who wants to try it for a first time, as it is a lot cheaper than most other models but still good quality.
