This lotion gives you a subtle glow without looking fake. I use it a lot more in the winter when I tend to be so pale I look sick. It fixes the problem.

It doesn’t have that self tanning odor whatsoever! . Also, you look like you have a natural tan, not yellowish at all!!

Overall this is the best tinted lotion for the price. The color looks as good as a suntan. It’s takes a day or two to come through but it looks great. Just pay special attention to in between fingers, knees and ankles. I gave a 4-star only because I’m not crazy about the smell.

this is the perfect solution for when you’re looking for a bronzing lotion that provides immediate bronzing while establishing a gradual tan. Yes it can wash off if you walk out in the rain and might be able to tell at the end of the day that you wore it if you wear white.Even better is that it smells soooooooo good!!! It’s part of my routine skin care products !!!

Since this product says its a gradual self tanner I was not expecting to see results for several days but this worked almost instantly! I put it on in the morning and when I changed my clothes that evening I could already see a difference. Not sure about the firming part yet but I'd buy it again just for the tanning aspect of it.

This was disappointing . I used several best practice techniques including exfoliating, applying lotion to knees etc , using a glove and a brush, removing excess on problem areas with a paper towel after application. It was still patchy, orange and built up on knees and ankles, etc. I had to order the tan remover since scrubs and chemical exfoliation didn’t remove it.I’ll try Bali Body, it might be that self tanning isn’t for me .

I use a st tropez foaming tanner which has to be rinsed off later once it has set in and once Ive done this, I use this tanner to top it off after, I find it very moisturizing, it has a nice kind of coco nutty smell. I have used this for a good 7 years, and it never has that orange coloring or rubs off on anything. I get the medium dark which is not very dark at all if used on its own tho I’m not looking for a deep tan. I imagine if you put on a couple days in a row you’d get a deeper tan if that’s what you want. Great sale price.

The old st tropez tanning lotions I used to use no longer exist. I had tried this one before and remembered I didn’t love it but I couldn’t find any of the good ones so I figured I’d give it a shot. Soooo many tips necessary to get what I would score this at its best as a 3/10 tan… not acceptable to go in public… First of all, be careful where you put this on and about how much comes out at a time. It’s more liquidy than normal lotion. A tanning glove is absolutely necessary. Also, you will need to rinse it out through the application process. I mix it with another lotion that’s medium density. Too thick it gets streaky, too thin it’s a mess and doesn’t stay moist enough for the tan to optimally penetrate the skin to hold the tan. My lotion:tanner ratio is 1:1. I only do one section at a time. And not like a leg. Like a calf. As with any tanner, you don’t want to go too far down your ankle. What I do after my calves is is rinse the glove out a little and squeeze it into an old tow until it’s pretty dry. Then I add the lotion and tanner 3:1 and apply it to the tops of my feet and then flip the glove to the clean side and spread it down, avoiding where the sole starts at the bottom. Also, DO ONE AT A TIME! And right after you do your calf. Make sure you blend this tanner well as you apply bc it commits to whatever stain you leave it in. Also, as with most tanners, it doesn’t come out of fabric or wallpaper or anything like that. The extra warning on this one is that it’s thin and comes out fast… and it’s hunter green. I have an olive skin tone so it works for me other than looking disturbing on the floor but for someone with a different complexion, this may not work so well. I think that’s all I got! Im very pale and wanted some colour before my holiday, i used it two nights running on my legs and one night on the rest of me , came out a very natural colour with no streaks and lasted 3 days so i was very happy with it.
