People with heart issues need to be careful. It is waaay stronger than coffee and really helps with digestion.

Here's a quick list of things that I like that this brand has that the other two I've tried didn't :• Something about how this is dried and/or powdered is different. It hits faster, is easier on the stomach, and seems less likely to come out the other end, if you get my meaning. This is by far the best thing about this.• Slightly better taste. It's still bad, but not quite to the same face twisting degree that I'm used to.• The spoon comes in a little wrapper that makes it easy to find.• The spoon is measured to 500mg rather than 1g.• It mixes much easier.• It has a surprisingly nice smell.The other brands I tried were both darker browns and I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't both sourced from the same place. I often felt like they barely did anything, and I would guess this has to do with low stomach acidity and the powders being less refined. I think this would mean they'd often seemingly pass less than fully digested, which could mean some caffeine was being absorbed much longer than expected, along with some obvious discomfort.This powder is working just as I'd hoped when I first started buying this stuff. It's still a little hard on the stomach, but it's a massive improvement over what I've been getting. The only thing I prefer about either of the others is that one of them came in a canister, which I prefer to the ziplock bags, which I find finicky. That might seem like a minor complaint, but if you don't fully close these things, moisture can get in.

First of all, I wouldn't have continued using this anyway because the taste was so bad. Secondly, I was getting really sick, with scary symptoms. Talking to a nutritionist led me to believe it was the caffeine content. She did the math and said I was getting dangerous amounts with this added in. I was adding this to my herbal teas, to get a little more caffeine. I have a good amount of coffee in the morning and a little tea in the afternoon, but this somehow metabolizes slower or differently, so I wasn't connecting it to my teas. I'll just stick to regular green or black tea from now on.

Could definitely feel the caffein, loved how small of a amount you had to use with no flavor and easy to mix in

I really really tried to like this product…. I tried mixing it in a smoothie, tea, etc… it has SUCH a strong bitter taste almost chemical ish…I gave it 2 stars because I did feel the caffeine boost quite a bit… but it’s so hard to get down and leaves a very long lasting after taste… I am not a picky eater… and I hate wasting stuff… but idk how I will be able to utilize this product. LUCKILY Amazon stepped in and offered a refund because it’s non returnable.
