Titan 4 XL 4-Wheel Electric Scooter Silver + Challenger Mobility TM Accessories

Bought this scooter for my dad March 2022 because I thought it would be good for all terrain during all seasons.Three months later the batteries were dead and they gave us new ones. Now ONCE AGAIN this summer they failed again. my dad has to be pushed home from the store from a stranger!! That is not ok!! As expensive as this scooter is that should not keep happening. Put better batteries in it. Now I'm trying to get new batteries for it and they try and blame us for how we are charging it. Really??

This scooter is fantastic if you are buying it for outdoor use. we are at Yosemite and can go up and down even moderate trails and very steep grades without hesitation, handles grass, dirt , gravel sand no problem.We went to the sequoias and it went straight up 1.5 miles like a beast!Its not ideal for indoor use as it is longer and has a wider turning radius, but we can still fit in in our suv plus 4 suitcases. Perfect for why we bought it and GREAT service from boca home medical!

It is handy but doesn’t work well. The connection between the front and back is the problem . Were told how to fix a few months ago ,got it running and now out again . We have hardly used it .

The scooter itself is GOOD..., easy to drive/ride and only had trouble in year 3-4 ....called for repairand told WRS Solutions company had technicians for the entire United States who would cometo your residence to repair scooters. I have spent 4 months TRYING to get this Promise of repairavailable...in California within 100 miles of the Bay Area and Sacramento...Big metropolitan areas...I even offered to take my scooter TO a technician ....but each encounter was the same....We cannot find atechnician who will come.???? So I am without my scooter...they no longer respond to my calls or emails and I am STUCK...an old lady living alone who has been abandoned by this company. It is clear they want customers to just BUY A NEW scooter...which I cannot afford. Very disappointed and frustrated. I had both kinds of batteries.....acid and later lithium....scooter just stopped working, died repeatedly and was unsafe to use for that reason. Beware....Repair promised is not delivered. I absolutely love my Tzora Titan Hummer XL scooter! This scooter has given me the independence I needed after losing my driver's license due to not being able to walk anymore.It is comfortable and super easy to drive...forward and backwards. I use it daily for grocery shopping, trips to the bank or library, and to visit friends.Highly recommend!

I love the scooter but it is made in Isreal. This makes it extremely difficult to get service. Mine has been broken down over a month and the repair company that is supposed to service these scooters in the U.S. is not returning my calls for service.

After much research and 1 other purchase finally bought this. It has adequate power to start while on a moderate incline which the EW-19 that I bought had difficulty going up without a short running start. Was able to ride in a small woods a day after rain, with many leaves and small branches on ground. Ran in a harvested corn field with broken stalks but only small raised rows.

I expected more from a costly scooter. but my recent test drive soon revealed the truth.Everything is 'economical' and feels hollow - like a fast food restaurant toy.The feel of the handle grip felt loose and I would worry about handling / control while turning.
