Saved Knees
These were great! They saved my sons knees in the play he was in. He was A-rab in West Side Story. All the dance spins on the floor on his knees were taking a toll, but as soon as we received these he could do the dance with no painful looks on his face, because they worked great!

does not protect knees whatsoever
the padding is non-existent and didn’t last through one choreo class. I managed to repurpose them by purchasing gardening knee pads (1.25$) and sewing them in place of the TERRIBLE QUALITY knee “pads” (if you can even call them that)

Subtle, allows for movement, protects the knee
I love how protective and yet thin these knee pads are because they allow for a lot of movement without sliding around too much. They match my skin color pretty well so they don’t break up my dance outfits. I’ve been using them for about six months and will order another pair when they wear out, but so far so good! They hold up in the washing machine too.
