Benchcraft - Braxlin Contemporary Sofa Chaise - Four Throw Pillows Included - Charcoal

This was a very comfy sofa, However, the material seems a little thin (not durable). and the measurements in the description where incorrect which one of the reasons I returned it.

I looked at a lot of couches with a chaise before I bought this one. For the size, it's a good price. It's pretty comfortable and the fabric is nice. Not the best fabric, but it's still good. The sleeve is already wrinkled after a couple months, but not a big deal for me. It definitely seems like you should rotate the cushions regularly. The cushions are thick, but not too firm.Delivery was good too. They call you the day before it's delivered and they will bring it to the room of your choice (assuming you're in the first floor). There is a wood piece you have to remove and you have to screw in the legs yourself. There is no screw holes in the couch FYI.Overall I find this is a good purchase

The couch is very nice for the price. It's comfortable and it's soft to the touch. The customer service was amazing. They called the day before the delivery and again when they were 1/2 hr en route. They even moved it inside my room of choice. The couch is a bit smaller than anticipated....and buhhhbye to those pillows!

Bought this couch and contacted Ashley funiture because the cushions slide out from the back of the couch. There is a wood bar in the back of the couch that stops the seating cushions from being pushed in and tucked under the back cushions. I was looking fo advice on how to make the cushions stick better or stay under the back cushions. They offered NO advice or solution and told me to contact the place we bought it and to make sure the small strip of velcro in the front of the cushions is attached properly. This does not stop the cushion from sliding out. I love this couch besides the fact that you fall in between the cracks and there is really nothing we can do about it since this is a flaw in their design... I will definitely not be buying a piece of Ashley furniture EVER again.
