The speed kit is everything you could hope for to build increased agility, speed, & coordination. 1.) The jump rope is perfect in terms of accessibility/sturdiness. The rope seems to be adjustable for multiple heights & can be set to your specific height without much effort. 2) Every athlete current/former hits the wall at some point whether it be weight training or cardio training, and the rope ladder will break that WOMO up. Like the jump rope the rope ladder also builds hand and foot coordination in tandem with almost limitless combinations. Although I haven't tried any of the cone training yet I intend to later this week. All in all this package is perhaps one of the best deals you could get for under $30.

Definitely need some coordination for this. The first few times watching the kids do was entertaining. Then they got better and better overtime!

Only complaint is that the jump rope broke early on and a was a bit annoying to use. My 10 year old likes it for soccer training and I like that it comes with a bag.

It is a nice combination of items, although we were buying it because my daughter wanted a fitness ladder. The ladder works well for us when we anchor it into the ground, but we also make use of the cones and the rope as well.

Excellent speed ladder. Easy to use and store. Spacing of the boxes is right. Doesn't get tangled like some ladders do. Jump rope was easy to adjust and also works the way that I hoped it would.

Love this ! it’s been great because I can’t go to the gym and I just had a baby so I can workout with my baby near me in her stroller/car seat or even at home I would recommend to anyone a great deal for the price

my 12/13 yo son is using this to work on his speed for soccer. he loves it. only had a few weeks but seems it will last (if doesn't I will update).love that it comes w bag to store or travel with, makes super convienent and love the book.

I’m loving the set. It arrived on time, and with everything that was promised. It’s a great kit for improving agility/speed and I’m super excited to use it! Everything seems very durable, and I think they’ll last a very long time. :)
