After I had ordered the sandals, I read the reviews more thoroughly. Some of the negative reviews mentioned that the sizing was off, and that the straps were either too long or too Short, not enough velcro, and other issues. So, I was a bit concerned and thought maybe I had made a bad choice. But, when they arrived I must say that I was impressed by the quality of this shoe. I wear a size 11, so I ordered size 11. The fit seems perfect! I also have had no issue with the strap length, and after a short time wearing these sandals they seem very comfortable. I wanted a pair of sandals with enclosed toes to wear while riding a bicycle in the hot summer in Texas. So far, so good. I will say, however, that the strap that adjusts the toe area doesn't really do much. It is sewn down in such a way that it offers very little adjustment. Luckily with only a slight snugging the sandals feel great. I chose these because I did not want to spend $100 on a pair of Keen sandals, and for the money I am quite pleased.

I got these for a couple of different reasons, one is to be able to walk on the beach and the second reason is to bring them along when I'm golfing for those balls that go in the water I can take off my cleats and put those on and get my ball. But seriously they are very comfortable and have a lot of stability to them

The quality and construction of these sandals is excellent, and they fit well enough, with a minor exception that’s not the shoe’s fault, but rather mine.I normally wear a size 13W in shoes, so that’s the size I ordered. But I noticed that the toe cap is a little bit too long for my solid 13W sized foot. It’s not a big deal, and they’re fine to walk in and don’t look too big for my feet, so that’s fine.They’re comfortable to wear all day, and the styling is nice, too. If you have normal-sized feet, this shouldn’t be an issue at all, so buy with confidence!

Size 14 fits size 15 feet, slightly snug but that is a right fit with adjustable Velcro strap and top strap.It should be a right use and we wear them to the studio classes as the bottom traction don't collect any grits or sand.

I've worn these almost daily for the last two years, and the only wear is on the soles where the black wore through (thus, a new purchase today!). I've worn them on long hikes, including water features, and they have done well, no straps fraying, etc., like others experienced. I hope the new ones last as long as the old ones.I wear orthotics for flat (also wide) feet, the heel strap keeps the orthotic in place.I did modify by adding a small piece of velcro so the dangling end of the main strap stays in place.

Bottom line up front: if you have wide feet, look elsewhere, or buy a whole size up.Overall, the sandals looked like a quality product. It was put together very well and I had high hopes they would fit based on the reviews that they run large. The sandals were definitely long enough heel to toe, but failed to be wide enough. I bought the sandals based on the reviews, saying the sandal run, large and hopes that they would fit. I think if they offered the sandal and a half sizes instead of whole I would’ve gone to the next half size up. And although going a whole size up would be wide enough they would have been too long. I rated 3 star because the sandal appears to have a width adjustment across the toes but the adjustment buckle is just for looks.

My son loves crocs but crocs can slow his walking down and make him lazy about his steps. He is a 13 year old deaf severely autistic child. So some days I have him wear these which make his toes and feet feel secure like the crocs but with a better bottom grip and structure of shoe. He walks better in these than the crocs. He also wears these just as much as the crocs and is ok with it. He hates tennis shoes or close shoes so these make a good in between sandal and shoe. Plus they go in the water real nice too.
