Can I charge this using a power bank?

I don't see any reason why not. It charges just like your mobile and that can be done on a power bank so I would think it would be the same, although I have not tried this myself.

I get a constant beep beep beep and it stops working - why?

Hi you need a type C fast charger as it's high wattage so a normal USB isn't up to it. I brought one from ebay or pound land do them. Hope that helps.

This product is useless. You have to feed your hair into the slot at the top hand unless someone does it for you it's almost impossible to get hair into it. Save yourself some money and don't buy !!
