Phone arrived fast and like brand new.Was over the moon with the immaculate condition it came in.Have had absolutely no issues with it. Was well worth the buy.

Bought the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra & after turning it on it just kept freezing so had to turn off and on again and even then sometimes it would start with saying Samsung then just turn off. Had to return the phone

My previous review was wrong, I wrote about the phone case instead.This Samsung galaxy s22 ultra dual sim burgundy colour is exactly what i ordered.I was very skeptical because it's a Refurbished Excellent phone not new. To my greatest surprise it is like a new phone.No dents! No scratches! No sign of usage, though it came with a different pack and different fast charger.For now the phone is working perfectly 👌

Initially 🔋 life was poor but after 6 or 7 charges it improved and now it will last 18 to 24 hrs. I have always had a mid market phone before but this top of the range ultra took some getting use to but now 👌 the only thing I don't like is because this phone was made for the Spanish market every time samsung communicates it's in Spanish and I have to use their translator which is neat when I eventually found it, if anybody knows how to correct this let me know.

I've just had the Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra mobile it was not brand new but it was a grade A and it looks like a new phone for less than £300pound This is the second mobile of Amazon for years l kept getting phone contacts anybody who wants a phone this is the Web site to go on and the delivery l had it within 48 hours l am on giffgaff £10 every month and l get free to call 20 GB data just think how much your saving a month plus the phone comes with 12 months warranty lve had loads of contracts over the years but the last 6 years lve been with giffgaff and staying with them

This phone can not charged up to 100%The cameras are not correctly positionsThe battery life is short.The screen can freeze or slow down at timesHowever, it was more or less half price as it was opened but never used.

The reason for the low stars was that, I did not try the product after receiving it in the post, I immediately printed the return papers, opened it to place the barcode slip inside and returned it. So I assume the phone works and do all that it should as advertised. The only reason for the return was the incorrect advertisement i.e.,12 months Disney prescription and £150 phone trade-in.

I bought this phone as a second phone for the holidays. I hardly used it, and then after, it kept crashing, so I tried to get it repaired as it was still under guarantee, but the company would not repair it. I explained what was wrong with the phone on several occasions. Without even inspecting the mobile, they kept making excuses that the battery was not under-guaranteed.So I sent the phone to Samsung dealer to have it checked out and they said it was the motherboard. But by then the guarantee had finished and so I lost out.Please be careful when you buy from this company ( big boss)
