I wear ear plugs every night when I sleep, and really wanted to look for an alternative to the disposable foam ones. Those work pretty well, but I can only use them maybe twice without loss of function or discomfort. These are very comfortable and work very well.

I could barely get these in and when I did they were painful. My husband got them in fine, but also found them uncomfortable and then had a terrible time getting them out. He had to grasp them with pliers! Awful! So we sent them back.
