If in the USA, only buy during cool temps.
I did not know or perhaps I didn’t pay attention that this item was coming from the UK. It took longer than expected and of course by the time this chocolate got here with warm temperatures they were just big globs. I threw the two packages I got into the freezer and the next day I was able to break them up somewhat. The item itself is good. I buy again only during the winter time.
