Autoimmune Support Turmeric and Ashwagandha Supplement - with Zinc, Magnesium, Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook F and Reishi Mushroom - 90 Vegan Capsules, Made in USA

I really like that this product has 5000 IU of vitamin D. Most people are D deficient even if their bloodwork shows they are within range. I take turmeric and black pepper separately and this includes these as well, so I no longer have to take them individually. There is a lot good stuff in this supplement and I have noticed less inflammation when I take it consistently. Even if you do not have an autoimmune disease, most people have inflammation in their bodies from diet, pathogens etc and this is really beneficial.

I ordered these to give them a try; since I have lupus and fibro, and need to take D3 and K2 and Magnesium daily, and also try to keep turmeric and ginger in my diet, and have taken reishi and ashwagandha before but stopped due to cost, these looked like they might work well.They do, though the capsule's a bit large and can be troublesome on days when I have difficulty swallowing anything solid; luckily, I can pull the capsule apart and add it to a smoothie on those days! If I don't have to pull the capsule apart, there's very little smell or taste; the powder does slightly skew the flavor of my smoothies toward spicy and earthy, so it pairs better with beets or spinach than with strawberry or pineapple, but it's not terrible with fruits, either.At $30-ish a month, it's definitely on the spendier side of supplements that are still in my budget, but it's around the combined cost of my others, and extremely convenient for traveling to not need to take along a whole pharmacy's worth of supplement bottles (while also not causing issues with TSA from having a bunch of unlabeled capsules in my luggage!)

Ashwaganda should not be taken if you have an autoimmune disorder as it boosts the immune system, which is the complete opposite of what you want if autoimmune. The ingredient “Thunder God Vine” however, is a root known to depress the immune system. Using this by itself would be beneficial.

I chose this based on brand and ingredients. I already use this brand's Palmitoylethanolamide mixture and it works SO well for pain that I figured this blend was worth a go. Has a goodly amount of anti-inflammatory agents in it. I especially like the addition of reishi mushroom. I have eosinophilia and that helps lower white blood cells naturally without steroids. This product does a decent job or helping muscle issues. Of course, I would always suggest tweaking your diet if you have auto immune issues. Take out sugars & grains and start working on your microbiome. Supplements are great, but fixing the root cause can go a long way. We went keto 4 years ago, which was drastic, I realize, but it rid me of chronic pain, migraines, psoriasis, eczema, etc. Now, I am left just tweaking a few lingering issues from pre existing joint damage and injuries.I would say this one is a keeper and worth a try. I will look keenly to this brand in the future.

This supplement is packed with so many good things. Some of the additions are easily found in other supplements, but many are quite unique to this, like reishi mushroom and black pepper extract. It has clearly been well researched to include things that gives anyone a boost - and especially helpful for autoimmune sufferers. It is a large capsule so beware if taking pills is challenging for you. I also didn’t love the name, “Man’s Natural Pantry.” While it isn’t a supplement for men, I definitely looked into it a bit to ensure it was good for men and women.

Good ingredients at a good price. Easy to swallow capsules that didn't cause me any stomach upsets. Great for those with compromised immune systems. Helps build up your immunity easily.

Purchased for Lyme Disease/ TICK immune support. Ancient herbs ingredients appear plentiful, and the type recommended in a book I consulted, written by an integrative MD practitioner. However, I am not ok with magnesium stearate and silicone dioxide. Anyone try this formula?
