So got the camera in 2 days of order (Go Amazon!). Unfortunately the device does not work (ASUS Nexus 2012 model OS 5.1.1) Tried several Android devices with the camera, and all platforms do not detect a camera. However, the light did work (it is adjustable). I tried everything, but nothing seemed to work and could not get an image, and all the devices indicated "no camera detected". The wire came to me all bent up (somewhat like shoved back into the original box) not nice and coiled up. I was pretty confident with my purchase given the previous reviews, but the quality of the item or the lack of quality assurance has proven a poor decision going with this product/ seller/ maker of the camera.Also, for those who want to take their chances with this product and are wondering about the rigidity of the wire. It is about as stiff as a computer mouse's wire, and add a relatively larger heavier object at the end of it, and it becomes very floppy. I don't see a problem with it if you are just going to drop it straight down something; however, if your intentions are to go upwards with the camera, you might get the camera about 3 - 4 inches up from your hand before it flops over. Additionally, I don't see this camera making it very far in a drain pipe because the cord is too floppy. I cannot attest to the quality of the image because the camera was DOA.Gonna send it back for refund and get a different camera.

On a PC, It works just like a webcam. Quality is good, wire is quite durable, is waterproof as clamed, and the light works perfectly.However, the android app it comes with crashes as soon as you start it up, and it's unusable though an android device.We've used it to see what's wrong with our pipes between the pool and the pump. It did helped us out find where the pipe is clogged and we fixed out pool. It's very helpful.

I bought this for my dad about Fathers day, I purchased other endo cameras too.Short deal im going to give this camera to Dad. It won the test.Price, quality, performance meets. I might buy one for his friend.~G

Purchased it to inspect inside my light sport aircraft engine. Works very good.

It is an excellent tool to use to check car engine, water drain pipe, hard to reach spots such as behind the bed. It comes with a 5 mtr cable which makes it easy to reach those tight spots.The lens is 2 MP making the pictures and view of high quality.CameraFi is easily available on play store and for PC it's plug and play if you have VLC installed.Very much satisfied with the product, and oh yes it comes with a hook to pull out keys in those tight spots, that's how I got my keys back while checking under the sofa.
