A company with this quality of customer service is one I definitely would want to work with.I was really excited to receive my letter board after extensively searching for one I felt comfortable purchasing. The packaging presentation was excellent and made me feel confident in my order before i completely opened it. Upon opening it, I found it to be just what I had wanted, or so I thought...PROS:-packaging looks amazing-letters are precut and SEEM to be good and sturdy quality-frame looks exactly how I expected it to, and I love that-grey felt is a nice color-size is perfectCONS:-right off the bat, after taking it completely out of the bubble wrap, I noticed the grooves/lines were a little off--the lines didn't look straight**please refer to picture #2 &#3 the top shows arrows pointing to the first line, and if you start from the left side, you'll notice the line goes slightly downward as you move towards the right side of the board.-If you refer to pictures #4&#5 you'll notice that the felt is actually starting to come outI have not gotten a chance to actually use this letter board for my intended purpose due to the flaws that are noticeable. I will be returning this as soon as I can.

We love the grey color with white lettering! Perfect to match our nursery! Excellent quality and more than enough letters! It’s the perfect size to fit in the hospital bassinet and even comes with a prop for when you’re ready to display!

One day I suddenly felt like having one of these letter boards, Amazon did not let me down recommending this company and this product. This is one of the few purchases I've been moved to write a review on.I purchased this with so little investigation that I didn't realize it was quite as large as it was, nor that it would come in an amazing little reusable storage box, tied with twine, quite the lovely little extra touches. It's awesome!When I opened the shipping box, my wife thought I had bought another board game. (I do tend to collect those.) But no! I'll be having fun putting up riddles and puzzles and trivia and quotes and possibly even encoding things into meta games on this little board. I wonder how long it will take my family to notice anything amiss.Anyway, the lovely extra touches were what moved me to write this review. Well worth the price and a quality product even without the extras.Oh! And don't let me forget all the extra pieces! Some lovely script phrases, some little clips for holding photos or other papers that don't just fit into the board directly, smiley faces, symbols, punctuation, so many awesome bits and bobs!The only thing I wish it had was a means of temporarily spreading the letters out from the storage bag to more easily find the ones you want. I'm not sure what that would look like, tho, and so far the storage box has sufficed for that purpose. I just worry that some of the tiny punctuation pieces may slip through the box holes and I'm not sure I can keep the box nearby the sign. But that concern is minor.This is a quality product and, from this purchase at least, a quality company. :~)

The wood color is beautiful! Not to thick! The letters stick to it very well! Quality/durability is amazing!

My assistant and friend at work that was celebrating her 40th birthday right in the middle of all of this Coronavirus social distancing where we are working with a skeleton crew of "essentiai" workers. She's really gone above an beyond helping so many of our employees get setup to work remotely on top of her other, regular duties that I wanted to do something special for her. She loves baking and doing special decor for her personal and our office parties and such that I thought this letter board would be nice for her. Well, she fell OUT! It is sturdy, stylish, the easel is very nice and the assortment of words, letters and symbols was incredible. The whole package comes in an amazingly nice, display worthy box too! She loved it so much that she video taped her first sign which indicated how special her 40th birthday was. I HIGHLY recommend this letter board for personal use, gifting, and even for those of you who frequently have office parties and such. It's truly a quality item with an endless number of potential uses. This is definitely a great value and quality item.
