stopped working in december, after less than 6 months
For a refurbished PC, it looks very good. THe PC comes with not one single scratch. like no one touched it. Keyboard looks like no one has used it. It runs smooth all in all. Not gibing 5 stars because the finerprint snesor is a joke, 90 percent of the times fails to read my fingerprints, no matter how many I setup : the shipment was not easy, also, Initially I received wrong model, more than once..After a couple of months of use, the PC processor and speed is decent. It doesnt meet performance expectations if compared to the same PC, 3 years old, with older components, like lenovo rayzen 5, which is waaay faster than this, and I paid it 300 dollars new. By this PC specs, this laptop should be a lot faster than my 3 years old Lenovo by all aspects , like core, memory and all the rest. But this PC is not. But the intent of this PC is to be a Companion to control a Drone, so I dont care really. After less than 6 months, the PC doesnt start anymore. That is it

LAPTOP NO FUNCIONA
COMPRE ESTA LAPTOP PARA INVERSIÓN DE MI NEGOCIO, TODO FUNCIONABA CORRECTAMENTE DE LA NOCHE A LA MAÑANA NO ENCENDIÓ, SIMPLEMENTE DEJO DE FUNCIONAR, PENSÉ QUE ERA LA BATERÍA Y NO, LA LLEVE A UN DIAGNOSTICO Y ME COMENTARON QUE TIENE UN PROBLEMA EN LA TARJETA MADRE, LA COMPUTADORA YA VENÍA MAL DESDE QUE LA VENDIERON. NUNCA HABÍA TENIDO PROBLEMAS EN AMAZON. ESPERO ME PUDIERAN AYUDAR CON EL REEMBOLSO Y CON GUSTO LES ENVÍO SU LAPTOP INSERVIBLE. TENGO PRÁCTICAMENTE 6 MESES CON EL PRODUCTO.

Solid
I use this laptop as my daily driver. I run Hyper-V and connect it to the D6000 docking station where I have 3x1080p monitors connected to it. I run virtualization, Outlook, Skype, Excel, Word, Chrome, RDP, multiple instances of Visual Studio. I bought this because it's ultra portable, all-day battery life, and because of the Core i7, 16 GB of RAM, and 500 GB SSD, bitlocker encrypted main drive, TeamViewer, and a whole lot more. I use this EVERY weekday for 8 to 10 hours / day and it's been about 11+ months now.MAKE sure you use all the DELL drivers and updates for the laptop AND the docking station (if you buy the dock- those are separate) - it greatly improves the performance. When I bought this, it wasn't going to be my daily driver, but a professional workstation was. However, I'm glad that workstation died - using this for everything is the way to go with the "single wire" dock.If I were to do this again, and knew it was going to be my main machine, I would have opted for a quad core i7 instead of this dual core, 15 inch screen instead of the 12. Also, the graphics is the Intel HD 620 which is not very performant for any type of gaming especially when connected to the docking station. I would get a dedicated one in the future. however, I paid only $900 for this laptop, I see the price has gone up significantly. The screen is a bit small for the road.

Dell Latitude 7280 Business Ultrabook "Renewed"
First off I would like to say that the refurbishment of this laptop is flawless in every way, no fingerprints, hair or even a speck of dust. I am sure that it had a new keyboard and trackpad and buttons installed as part of the refurbishment as there is no polishing of the keys, buttons and trackpad that would occur from usage. Now if you have never used or owned one of these laptops before you may even confuse it with being a brand new device from first appearance.Battery life when first booted and unplugged from power lasted about five minutes before falling from 98% remaining battery life to 10% with the low battery indicator giving warning, after putting it back on the charger and installing the Dell Support Assist utility to update all of the Dell drivers and bios the battery life increased to six or more hours before the battery warning indicator appeared again so I can only assume that this laptop had a new battery installed during refurbishment and after replacement will sometimes incorrectly report the status of a new battery until the system re-baselines the new battery. Windows 10 Pro activated as expected and updated the latest patches without issue.Apart from the temporary battery issue I am happy to report that the computer operates flawlessly. Now for the not so happy observation of the laptop is that the product specification on Amazons web store for this laptop states that it has a finger print reader and this device does not even though on the box that the laptop shipped in states that it does and can only assume that during the refurbishment that while assembling the laptop with the new keyboard, mouse trackpad and buttons that the wrong top cover was installed, the finger print reader would have been nice but is not a deal breaker for me, even though I could have found a similar device on Amazon with same specs minus FP reader for a better price. It does however have the Smart Card reader as specified and would have been a deal breaker had it not as that was one of my requirements for the purchase of this computer.Additionally the laptop is also missing one of the rubber feet that runs across the front bottom of the laptop but does not affect the operation what so ever, but is an annoyance that it was missed during the quality control check before packaging and departing the vendor who refurbishes these devices.Overall even though I note these deficiencies it does not change my favorable opinion of TekZilla the retailer of the laptop and will not be returning the device as I am happy with it overall and I can replace the rubber foot without issue. If you are thinking about purchasing this laptop and you can live with the fact that it may not have a finger print reader and may have a deficiency as I noted then I would say go for it as it really is a great piece of hardware and I like it so much that I may be ordering another one in the future.Pictures attached show the right palm rest where the FP reader would be and the package label showing that it should have a FP reader and bottom of computer missing rubber foot.

This one works, is missing small items
So the new arrival came, a week later, and the computer turns on and functions well. It is missing an ethernet port cover and the bottom non-slip pad however, which is aggravating. If the seller can arrange to send me the missing parts i will be happy to upgrade my rating.

Great overall package with few shortcomings
Really impressed with the speed and size of this computer, very solid build quality and responsive touch screen. Also has a fantastic responsive keyboard with just the right amount of travel that manages to not feel too small. The speakers are sub par and distort even at mid-volume, also the fingerprint reader is recessed so deep that it rarely works.
