Crippled myself with it
So I bought this scooter without doing any research on what a good electric scooter is. Very dumb idea on my end. So I was using this for leisurely riding until I got a flat and ran on the flat for months. Razor actually gave me a replacement motor for completely free (great customer service love them) So I installed it and ran with it. Until I noticed an error code with coming up on the screen when I was going above 15mph that would CUT THE BRAKES OUT, WHICH THIS SCOOTER ONLY HAS A ELECTRONIC BRAKE! I was going down a hill one day and long story short I came out with a broken wrist, fractured hip, and fractured nose. So the new motor was dysfunctional essentially at high speed. I have been using this scooter after I healed to get too and from work and works fine for that. And oh yeah, the actual range is only about 5 miles due to the sealed lead acid battery.. The rear fender is also very loud when ever you are going over bumps, it sounds like a solid tire when its inflatable. And also they sent me the wrong scooter, I got the c35 sla instead but nothings wrong with more power. And also the folding mechanism wears out overtime and makes the stem shake like a lot.

back tire/wheel problems
I enjoyed riding this scooter for a few months - until the back wheel deflated. I guess I accidentally rode over a sharp rock or a small piece of glass. I don't know. Anyway, I thought I could just replace the tube, as I often do with my bike. But that isn't possible. The company doesn't sell new tubes for the back wheel. I had to order an entire wheel for around $50. Very frustrating. My conclusion: The scooter is pretty good, but if your back wheel deflates, it's an unpleasant experience.
