engine housing cracked, fell right off the machine while running.customer service did nothing.
tried to return it and was denied, customer service did nothing to try and remedy the problem. since i had modified my machine to use the motor I was basically forced to purchase another one.

Ok, but can't use as description led me to believe it was plug and play for bicycle front tire.
Returned because of misunderstanding on description.
