Absolute rubbish!
Don’t waste your money on this. I bought it in good faith but it has never worked properly. I contacted Customer Service who never bothered to reply. I’ve tried two different power sources and it still won’t turn on. Pay the extra and get a decent laptop.

DO NOT BUY
They say the computer is for Education. This is correct. You cannot load most programs onto the computer as the operating system blocks access. Also if you try to load another version of windows that does allow you to download software ie:- "Windows 10 Pro" the system does not let you change the boot options to allow you to load the new versions of windows

Great little travel laptop.
I bought one of these over a year ago as a travel laptop. At under a hundred quid it is quite the bargain. It's light, has a useable size screen, takes up little space and if it gets stolen on your travels, it's no great loss compared to say, a macbook.First thing I did was ditch Windows 10 in favour of Zorin OS core, an Ubuntu clone which installs without any drama, and runs at a reasonable pace. As with all Linux distros you can (and should) encrypt your disc drive and in the event of theft, your personal data is unrecoverable by the thief.This little laptop is fine for web browsing over a wireguard VPN , email, secure shell sessions and most light duty applications. I haven't tried any office applications or watching high resolution video, that's not it's purpose for me but it does cope with You-Tube well enough. Battery life is good, I have left it switched on, on battery, and it's still been running the following day.Would I buy another one? Yes, definitely.

Don't even know the thing before it goes
Like all new computers in the past years, totally a scam. The OS? trashing itself brand new with loss of all data. The hardware being suspicious. You'd think downgrading in price would mean it's not such a loss for the time, naive! The feedback and support systems from everyone involved like Microsoft are completely rubbish. On Amazon this one has its other store pages dissapearing after so I couldnt even review it unless I hunted down this one!
