Yes. My fab date was 2019 also and I just landed in Paris and it's working perfectly! Just be sure not to insert sim until ready to use at destination. The sim card expires 14 days after activation.

Q: Is it better to buy here two days before i leave or will i get a better orange deal if i get it from europe after i land?

I think this package is specifically designed for those coming from outside of Europe. You might be able to get a better deal once there but I think you'd have to find a kiosk at the airport or a retailer once beyond the airport. To me, that's unnecessary hassle, but that's my opinion. It was supersimple to put in when I landed and worked right away (just remember to turn on roaming). No need to wait until 2 days before your trip, you can buy it anytime beforehand. The 14 day clock doesn't start ticking until the first time you use it. It does not work in the US, so don't bother trying.

Q: I have a samsung S9, the size of the sim is right for this phone?

The sim I got is adjustable to three sizes. So I would imagine it will fit your phone.

Q: Can I add time after one month of use? How much is adding one month?
