I love it so much, a life saver!
I love it, it is easy to use, put it in the fridge for a bit if you want it cold, the weight is amazing! I was sick for four days wore it every night, it fits like a glove! The ice retention is great, it stays cold for hours after, the migraine caps works so well! It keeps its shape, I have a smaller head than my husband and it is so durable! We had it for years!

No need to suffer!
I want to start out by saying that I have a pretty large head and this thing fits me fine! I also have very long, thick hair. There is a place to pull your hair through at the top, which is amazing. This cap is very soft, cushiony, comfortable, and applies just the right amount of pressure when you use it. When you first put it on, you will feel a bit of "Brain freeze" on your forehead, but I have a tip: take a small kitchen tea towel and fold it into a square/rectangle and place it under the forehead area of the cap. You only need to do this for a few minutes and then you can remove it. The pressure is so comforting to you when you have a headache without being too much. I am going to order another so that I can have another ready to go when the cold wears off on the one I'm wearing. I am thrilled with this purchase! I get barometric pressure and sinus pressure headaches and this is amazing and comforting! So glad I tried it and I highly recommend. No need to pay more for the same thing as this! This was a great deal - the original one I saw on Facebook was twice the price, so I'm glad I shopped around and chose this one. Don't hesitate and order 2!!

Initially weird I thought
Initially I thought this was weird but gave it a try anyways. I am so glad I did! I did put it in the freezer at first despite reading the reviews suggesting not to. I mean how cold could it really get when I use ice cubes and ice packs all the time? OMG! It gave me brain freeze! Couldn’t stand it, it was that cold! Now I put it in the refrigerator during the day and keep it on my nightstand at night so it’s there if I need it. It has helped my headaches but has helped me sleep too! I have been suffering from insomnia and when I put this on (usually near morning when it starts getting light out) and I am guaranteed at least a couple hours of good, sound sleep. (Bonus it goes around eyes so helps the dark circles & eyebags too! 😆) It is not constricting and the hole at the top allows for my pony tail. It is long enough to cover the base of my skull which is where my migraines typically begin but not my neck. I’s easy to lift the eye-mask part up if you need to see something like your alarm clock too since you will be shocked you were finally able to sleep a bit!

Needs a Little Mod but GREAT Product!
I suffer from severe migraines and a close friend recommended this product. I ordered it, and had it about 4 hours later - thanks Amazon! I tossed it into the freezer, pulled it out 2 hours later, and shoved it onto my head. Ohhhhh the relief - for about 15 seconds. Then THE PAIN!I realized it physically hurt my temples and my eyeballs were solidifying! The confusion! The horror! What is happening here?! Oh yeah, it said cold and it most definitely means COLD!What to do? What to do? I frantically searched the house leaving the evil wrap on the bed - rookie move. Do not do thisYou will freeze your bits off when you sit back down on said bed.Hand towel! Epiphany! Hand towel to the rescue! I tri-folded it lengthwise, then unfolded one length. I placed the double fold from ear to ear over my temples by way of the top of my forehead (the wrap holds it in place) and the other ⅓ went down in front of my eyes, folded in half so I didn't suffocate myself and completely eliminate any need for the wrap at all.SUCCESS! Darkness in the wrap. Cooling soothe around my head. Peaceful quiet from loud family who only speaks at full volume and has never heard of an indoor voice despite being over 40. No cold-based pain in weird spots. Eyeballs still liquid.ucg better.Tranquility. I fell asleep. I can't stress this enough. I FELL ASLEEP! UNINTERRUPTED SLEEP!If you're thinking about this product, GET IT!If you don't have headaches, GET IT ANYWAY! It is cool at room temperature. It feels GOOD at room temp.No one says you *must* refrigerate it first or they're going to come take it away from you for possession of fraudulent headgear.See where I'm going with this? If you want quiet time, this is the ultimate "Go Away I Have a Legit Headache Wrap" and no one can call you on it because you are immersed in dark and quiet.I'm feeling the need for a nap now. Got my wrap. See ya later!

Overall Great Product
Overall this was a great product. I bought one for my daughter that struggles with headaches and another for myself as I have been sick with mono and needing to get extra sleep during day time hours. It’s very comfortable, feels high quality, is easy to get/keep cold, and blocks out all the light. My only complaint is that while I fall asleep with it on my head, I wake up to find that it’s fallen off by morning. I’m not sure when or how that happens, but it doesn’t stay on for the whole night. Now that I bought a couple, everyone else in the family wants one too! From an eye germs perspective, we don’t want to share.

Great for migraine
This really helps give me the pressure I need around my head when I have a migraine. The material is cool on my eyes & forehead.Cons: Hurts my nose a little because it fits snug. The seams on the sides are uncomfortable but & have very sensitive skin so this may not bother everyone. Depending on the shape of your face, some light may come thru at the nose area. I cut an old t-shirt to lay under the mask across my nose to help with the light & it pressure on my nose.I still think the pros outweigh the cons. I use it every time I have a migraine. It's waaaay better than covering my face with a pillow & still trying to breathe & keep the light out. Migraines are so fun!
