The belt comes all rolled up. I suggest letting it sit out overnight.
I used this belt on my son's go kart. It was a perfect fit!

Be sure to break the belt in
So far so good. Bought this and installed it on a ck196 go kart. I saw a few reviews about how the new belt blew up after only riding a few minutes after install. What I imagine people don’t know (because I didn’t know until I saw it online) is that you have to “break in” new cvt belts. It’s basically driving the kart with your new belt at 1/2 to 3/4 full speed for 15 mins. Letting it cool for 1/2 hour or so then repeating again. This helps “set” the belt to the new clutch and to the new shapes it will need to operate under. Just look up how to break in a new cvt belt on YouTube and you’ll see a few ways to do it. There’s a lot of things in these videos that people should know about how to operate cvt belts that will probably keep them from burning through too many.So far we’ve had no problems. My son took it out and rode the kart with his buddy after I broke it in and it’s working just fine. Good fit. No rips. No failures. If that changes I’ll update but it’s working great for now.
