My only negative is that this thing doesn't come in patterns and better colors. Otherwise, I use it multiple days per week. Sometimes I prop it up on my pillows to give my neck better support while watching TV. Honestly, this was a purchase I'll never regret. I don't know why heat is one of the categories for this cervical product. There are no batteries or plugs. I think it's hard foam, but it doesn't make you overheat like with foam pillows. The nodes that's stick out actually do help workr knots in your back. Everyone is a different size so you might have to move around on it a bit to work out the kinks.

I purchased this 6 months ago and have used it intermittently as needed for tightness and pain. I was skeptical before I bought it but, for the price gave it a chance. After reading the one and two star reviews this many months later, I disagree. It really does help smooth out tight spots and pain. I am 6'1" without any allergic reactions to it and have no other issues with it. In fact, I find that once I am relaxed enough with this on my neck and shoulders, I am better able to realign my lower back for even more relief. The key may be to move side to side slightly now and then, and do not forget to exhale! It used used for no less than 5 minutes each session. It really is a good product with no issues!

The instant I first used it, I felt an immediate relaxation as it managed to reach every knot without requiring excessive movement or adjustments like other devices.The pressure it delivers is just right—effective yet soft enough to be painless. It also produces a massage-like effect when lifting my arms overhead or extending them to the side. The neck support is exceptionally comfortable, although I'd prefer if the headpiece had additional raised nodes to target specific pressure points during severe migraines. Typically, when my migraines are that intense, medication is my only relief. Nevertheless, I wholeheartedly recommend this device to anyone seeking a comfortable, convenient, and effective solution to manage chronic back and neck pain, tension, and knots from the comfort of home. I've even encouraged my family members to purchase one because I genuinely adore it. I don’t usually compose such lengthy reviews, but I hope this insight can assist others who might be facing similar issues.

Unfortunately too soft for me. I use much harder stuff than this, and I can't get a lot out of it. Nothing bad, but leaves me wanting more almost immediately.

As described, this odd looking device has spinal acupressure points and a neck support. The shape makes it a tad awkward to position, but once properly positioned it relieved SO's sharp mid-back pain in minutes. It is convenient to passively treat so many pressure points all at once. This unique device is definitely worth the price.

Had to return, it is basically a piece of hard plastic you lay on, and laying on it, hurt worse than my neck ever did.
